Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub - American actor, comedian and activist Born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents She began her career as a child actress soon after her move to the United States. She gained notoriety for her appearances on AT&T television commercials as saleswoman Lily Adams from 2013 to 2016, and then from the year 2020. In addition to her commercial appearances, she was a regular in the series of the Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015). In addition she was a series regular on Yahoo! Vayntrub has also voiced Squirrel Girl on the Marvel Rising franchise since 2018 after she was chosen to voice Squirrel Girl in the unaired TV pilot for New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. Her parents and her were exiled from antisemitism by the age of two. They settled in West Hollywood. Her family's financial difficulties resulted in her appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials from the age of 5. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School. In her sophomore year she dropped out and earned a GED. She continued, however, to obtain the Bachelor of Arts Communication from University of California San Diego. With the Upright Citizens Brigade she studied Improv comedy.
